MOËT & CHANDON ADVOCACY FOOD TOURS
Using artisanal regional food and drinks producers to explore Moët’s provenance and flavour.
Objective:
Engage bartenders in cities such as Manchester, Bristol, Edinburgh and Birmingham with the flavour profile, provenance and mixing potential of Moët & Chandon Champagne.
Solution:
Mr Lyan Studio developed an engaging and repeatable format - food tours - which positioned the Champagne alongside relevant artisanal producers, enabling conversations and comparison around process, provenance and flavour to take place, whilst celebrating the craft of each producer.
In each location, we selected a handful of incredible local producers, each experts in their respective fields, covering baking, brewing, coffee, wine and food. We brought together a group of wonderful bartenders from key venues across the city and hosted an engaging and educational day of talking, tasting and fun.
Champagne cocktails designed by Mr Lyan Studio were served towards the end of the day and introduced by Mr Lyan himself to demonstrate the potential for mixology and celebrate the occasion.
