Creating a world-class drinks destination in one of London’s most prestigious locations

We directed every aspect of Dandelyan’s design and development. First establishing its unique concept, purpose and narrative, then leveraging this to drive the build and every customer touchpoint, from brand, logo and menu design, through to interior design, operations, programming, service style, communications and of course the drinks experience itself.

The bar gained critical acclaim for everything from its menus, design, graphic identity and team – including winning world’s best bar across both Tales of the Cocktail and 50 Best Bars.

It was also a big commercial win for the hotel, helping attract new audiences, including typically hard-to-please local custom. The bar established new benchmarks for the hotel group, across multiple key financial metrics, including cost of goods and coverage, and at its peak was serving over 1,000 cocktails per night.
