Mr Lyan and Soho favourite BéBé Bob announce collaboration and menu designed by Mr Lyan Studio

Soho’s favourite Bébé Bob has joined forces with the world’s most decorated bartender, Ryan Chetiyawardana, and Mr Lyan Studio to create a unique cocktail list paired with a menu of bar snacks focused on caviar, sparked by Ryan’s many visits to Bébé Bob since its opening.

Alongside the new cocktail list, Bébé Bob will unveil a redesigned à la carte menu, including London’s best value caviar selection, as well as Chicken Schnitzel and a handful of other new dishes.

Designed to add a new dimension to the Bébé Bob experience, the menu captures the bold spirit and sense of fun that defines both brands, whilst taking inspiration from Bébé Bob’s eclectic décor. Highlight cocktails include Frites Royale - a twist on Kir Royal - which pays homage to Ryan’s favourite Bébé pairing, French fries with a glass of ice-cold champagne; the Bébé Lyan Martini made with Amalfi lemon & frozen vodka, available in full and mini size and served with your choice of garnish (lemon twist or olives and pickles; and the Chicken Bone Negroni, a nod to the iconic Bloodshot cocktail created at Super Lyan in London.

Centred around chicken and caviar, the new bar menu will feature Schnuggets – golden chicken schnitzel nuggets – served with caviar or trout roe; Chicken Fat Doughnut filled with roast chicken curd, dipped in jus and sprinkled with chicken crackling; and Lemon & Caviar Dougnut, filled with lemon curd, dusted with sugar and topped with the finest Oscietra caviar.

Whilst Vendée and Landes roasted chicken remain a mainstay, the team has evolved the ‘chicken or chicken’ philosophy to include Chicken Schnitzel. Slow-grown Cotswold chicken is breadcrumbed in Japanese panko and served with a parsley & garlic butter.

On the collaboration, Ryan says: “Bébé Bob became a firm favourite of Alex and I after we went down on the invitation of some friends for ‘champagne, chicken and caviar’ (that’s what our calendar invitation excitedly promised too), and we were so impressed by the uniqueness and confidence of the restaurant. It’s become a regular haunt for us since, and so we were really excited when Leonid wanted to chat to us about trying to bring a similar boldness to the cocktail offering.”

Leonid Shutov, Founder of Bébé Bob and Bob Bob Ricard notes: “We were very excited to see Ryan among our early regulars at Bébé Bob, so when our thoughts turned to bespoke cocktails we could not think of anyone better to approach for collaboration. It has been incredibly exciting working with the world’s leading authority on cocktails and we can’t wait to share the results with customers old and new.”
